Since 2005, Julia has served as the Soloist of The First Church of Christ, Scientist in Boston at the of the international headquarters of the church.  Each week, Julia performs in two Sunday Services which are broadcast weekly on the internet at christianscience.com.

13th Annual Faith and Value Movie Guide Awards

Julia performed as a featured musical guest on The Movie Guide Awards show in Hollywood. She sang "The Christ Lives On" from her inspirational CD, UPON THE MOUNTAIN just before Jim Caviezel won the the award for Best Actor for The Passion of The Christ, directed by Mel Gibson.


 
Lady In The Dark at The Rome Opera, Teatro Massimo and RAI TV

Julia performed the dual role of Elinor Foster/Sutton in the cast of Lady In the Dark in two very famous and traditional opera houses, The Rome Opera and Teatro Massimo di Palermo.  This very special production was a hybrid of opera and musical theatre.

Julia shared the stage with opera singers Raina Kabaivanska and Gino Quillico, as well as the Italian actors  Federico Pacifici, Emilio Dino Conti, and Clara Zovianoff.  The Italian opera director, Giorgio Marini, stage directed, and American Steven Mercurio conducted.

The Boston Pops Symphony Orchestra at Carnegie Hall

Julia had the wonderful honor and opportunity to perform in the New York Premier of "With Voices Raised" by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty.
Narrated by Donna Murphy and Jason Danielly.
Maestro Keith Lochhart led the orchestra.
